Bells Amplification : BELLS FIVE Class A 5W 6V6 Amplifier
Sydney’s own Peter Gillies has given us a new brand – Bells Amplification – and a cool little amp, very well built, to mark the occasion. The 5W, 6V6 powered Bells Five is a no frills affair offering Volume and Tone controls and a gain range of clean to classic crunch. A 6Z4 rectifier tube adds to the old-school sounds and the whole lot is conveyed through an 8″ Celestion speaker.
The Bells Five is a great amp for moderate practice levels and even better for recording. I had a blast jamming along with the amp for this video – no pedals!
From the website:
“The Bells Five is a 5-watt, all valve, class A, hand-wired guitar amplifier loaded with an 8-inch Celestion driver. One cannot be fooled by its size – it has a surprisingly loud volume output and its bass response is exceptional.
It showcases a beautiful tweed covering and weighs a solid, yet travel-friendly 8.2kgs.
Made from 18mm timber, the Bells Five is robustly built. It’s tough and rigid, yet with all the sophisticated vintage aesthetics.
Free shipping across Australia, full 12-month warranty and 14-day money back guarantee if you’re not entirely happy with your new amplifier – conditions apply.
